The Community Action Project of Tulsa County (CAP Tulsa) has released a new study on the first year impact of their CareerAdvance® program. NPR Ed‘s Eric Westervelt has been following the program and interviewed authors Chris King of the Ray Marshall Center and Teresa Ekrich Sommer of Northwestern University on April 28, 2017 to discuss their findings.
