Andreina Sanchez Collado is a Master of Public Affairs candidate, with a concentration in education and workforce development policy. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics and previously conducted research on microfinance institutions and economic development. She also has a background as an educator and child advocate, which has strengthened her commitment to expanding access to human capital development and ensuring that youth have meaningful opportunities to pursue their goals.

Andreina's long-term goal is to advocate policies and initiatives that promote equitable access to education and workforce opportunities in underserved communities. She is excited to serve as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Ray Marshall Center to support workforce development and higher education research projects and contribute to evidenced-based initiatives that foster longer-term growth and opportunity.
